Dutch Vander Star Wars Minifigure was a Rebel pilot in Episode IV A New Hope. He was given the call-sign Gold Leader in the attack on the first Death Star, however was killed when his Y-wing was destroyed in the battle.
The 2012 minifigure is the third variant and his helmet features an exclusive print. Dutch Vander has appeared in the Lego sets 150 TIE Advanced & Y-Wing, 7152 TIE Advanced & Y-Wing, 7262 TIE Advanced & Y-Wing, and 7658 Y-Wing Fighter.
This new version appears in the 2012 Gold Leader’s Y-Wing Starfighter 9495 Lego set along with the Ceremonial Leia and R2-A3.
