The R2-A3 Star Wars Minifigure is from Episode IV A New Hope and is a new Astromech Droid minifigure for 2012. R2-A3 was an R2 series astromech droid used aboard Wedge Antilles T-65 X-wing starfighter.
R2-A3 appears in the 2012 Gold Leader’s Y-Wing Starfighter 9495 Lego set along with Dutch Vander and the Ceremonial Leia.
